Join us for a nourishing one-day retreat in Malibu designed just for mothers and expectant mothers. A day created to bring you back to that center — through movement, nourishment, stillness, and connection. It is an invitation to pause, to breathe deeply, and to remember the parts of you that exist beyond your roles and responsibilities.

Whether you’re in the early chapters of motherhood, preparing to welcome new life, or moving through the quiet complexities of raising children — this retreat offers a space to pause, exhale, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels both intentional and deeply restorative.

What to Expect:

    •    Movement & Embodiment Practices

Ground yourself through intentional movement to come home to your body. Gentle and accessible for all levels.

    •    Seasonal Nourishment and Shared Table

Savor a beautiful, nourishing lunch with Chef OM while he demonstrates the reverence and ritual of Ayurvedic cooking. Connect with other women walking this shared path — heart to heart, without judgment or comparison as we share our meal in commune.

    •    Restorative Breathwork & Sound Bath

Drop into deep calm and intuition activation with a guided breathwork session, followed by a sound bath to clear the noise to invite heart opening healing.

    •    Journaling & Manifestation Circle

Find inspiration and explore who you are outside your role as “mother.” Reconnect with your desires, your creativity, and your vision for what’s next.
