In April of 2016, I made the bold move of leaving a stable career to pursue my passion of teaching yoga and inspiring students through wellness retreats. A way to unplug, practice yoga in nature, hike, eat nutritious meals and gain inspiration from a group of like-minded people are a small list of all the activities I have on my agenda. In June I purchased a zen-like house in Box Canyon surrounded by mountains, hiking trails with a large yoga deck and decided to turn my dreams into a reality. I am excited to announce my first day retreat on October 23rd from 9am to 5 pm. Bring friends, family and loved ones and join me as we explore the positive effects of yoga and meditation on the brain.
